Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the main level of the home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage. The basement door is locked and off-limits.

NOTE: Separate Guest Suite in Basement (Not Included in This Rental)

The lower level of the home contains a private, non-shared guest suite that is not included with this listing. The suite features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and private laundry facilities. It also has its own rear entrance and dedicated driveway on the west side of the property, providing a completely separate and independent space from the main level of the home.

Please note that the lower-level suite may be vacant or occupied by a separate tenant or guest during your stay.

When available, the lower-level suite may also be rented together with the main-level home as a connected suite. This is accomplished by opening two normally locked doors connecting the stairwell areas.

SECURITY FEATURES
The property is equipped with one Ring Doorbell camera that faces the driveway and one Ring Flood Light camera at the rear. Both cameras are actively recording video and audio. The interior stairwell between the main floor and basement level apartment is secured by two locked doors. Tampering with or attempting to access these doors is strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house! An extra cleaning fee of up to $500 may be applied if smoke odor is detected after checkout.
Max NUMBER OF GUESTS: 6 guests.
No parties allowed.
