Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The home was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. A few small details could be improved (minor maintenance/amenities), but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Solid 4 out of 5 stars

House was expected! I have 7 grandkids and this was just what we needed! The room for them to run around outside and ESPECIALLY the three full bathrooms! Perfect!! Host was very nice and accommodating! Will stay again

Beware . This house is located on a street where the homes are dilapidated. The house next door is uninhabitable, has trees growing out of it, and a car half buried in the yard. There is significant trash/junk, overgrowth, and falling down structures on the street. It is unsightly, raised safety concerns, and made us uncomfortable. Inside the home were numerous dead bugs and cobwebs and dried food under the sink in the kitchen. The living room furniture was small and uncomfortable. The beds are very low to the ground. The ceiling is low. There were no window treatments or blinds in common areas so anyone could see in the home. The end table fell apart when we moved it over. The host offered to have it repaired, but we told her that wasn’t necessary. It was cheap furniture that we could have put back together ourselves. The bathrooms appeared fine. The side/back door and windows were all unlocked when we arrived. We requested a refund from the host as my family did not feel comfortable/safe, but she refused. We left the property after being there a couple of hours (or less). VRBO refunded me their service fee, but informed me it was up to the host to provide a refund of the rental. I attempted to work through a reasonable resolution with the host but she refused any type of refund since feeling unsafe was our opinion. I would never consider staying here again and had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience.
