We used the home to celebrate our 25 year sorority reunion. 10 of us stayed comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed the house. Love the location & proximity to stores. There were no issues and the communication with the host was better expected (and appreciated). The couches and beds were comfortable. There was 10 in our group and the host ensured there was enough linen for all of us. It was really nice having two refrigerators and we definitely used the kitchen. Also, b/c of the nice landscaping, we were able to take our group photos outside! I tried to give 4.5 stars. The 1/2 star deduction was b/c the sofa sleeper room wasnt the best bed, we could have used larger trashcans in the bathrooms & kitchen. None of these items impacted our stay. We ALL agreed, the house was beautiful. We would stay at this property again!

Family wedding weekend

We came into town for our niece's wedding with family traveling in from all over the country at all different times. Host was gracious to give us early check in & check out to accommodate various travel times of all. The house was located close to downtown venue and easy access off I-75, directly off exit. House was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our crew of two families plus 92 year old grandma. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was as described and check in/out process was easy. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs. There was an issue with the refrigerator/freezer but the host was quick to respond and we were able to make do for our weekend there. The beds were comfortable and the home was big enough for our 3 families to sleep well, shower easily and plenty of room to have our own spaces when needed. I would suggest having a few more dish towels and cloths for kitchen as well as dishwasher fluid and detergent for laundry.as well as few more trash bags to get through 2-3 nights with a large group since the house holds that many guests. The trash And recycling bins located outside were full upon arrival as well which made it difficult to keep all trash together outside. Other than those few suggestions/hiccups the stay was overall great. We would recommend to other large groups and would stay again :) Thank you for having us!

Our stay was perfect. We got married that afternoon and had a small group of friends and family over to celebrate. The space was perfect. There was limited parking allowed at the house so we had our guest car’s valet and moved to a secure and that work perfect. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed.

Wedding weekend

This was a beautiful house. Roof had been recently redone and my dad picked up around 40 nails in the driveway, but he did not mind. House was super clean. Beds were comfie and bathrooms were great. The only negative was the pull out couch in one of the bedrooms was really bad. We needed that room for one of the couples. They ended up sleeping on the couch!

Great Look - Tough positioning

This was a corporate stay which had GREAT space for everyone involved, but a warning that this location is DIRECTLY off the highway. There is INTENSE traffic in front of the home and we witnessed a T-Bone car accident as we were pulling out of the driveway. So during rush hours... turn right out of the driveway even if it takes you longer to get somewhere. Not worth the risk. The house is still under some heavy renovations (back deck was close off and not usable, didn't realize), but the house has great bones and each room is quite lovely. Great for large groups. Charles was also very kind in all communication.
