I’m a frequent guest at this particular La Quinta Inn in Atlanta, but my recent stay was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower, although the sink had hot water. I reported the issue to the front desk before I left for the day and upon my return was told it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t — I had to take another cold shower, and there was no note or confirmation from maintenance left in the room to verify any repair. Since the hotel was fully booked, I couldn’t be moved to another room. Upon checkout, the front desk apologized, but that was the only acknowledgment I received. As a regular guest, I expected better communication and resolution for such a basic issue.
