Great location - quiet but close to everything. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Valet team was FABULOUS and kept us on time for our events. Room was spotless, nice coffee service in the lobby - and free bikes to ride around the area. I love that it was so warm and comfortable - not cold and corporate like some hotels.

Requested the quietest room…. Wa put on the far south side upper floor… seemed like it would be the quietest right? Nope, thin walls and someone right next to you in a likely 1/2 filled hotel is irritating.. not to mention the alarm clock that went off at 6:00 that I did not set, and also the 6:30 construction zone right outside my window.
