The staff was amazing, courteous and friendly. The room was very spacious with great views of the Porsche test track which my Husband truly enjoyed. The room was very spacious with great choices in decor. The room prep could have been better with wash cloths provided and more attention to cleaning of the sofa and areas in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great choice, and I place I would visit again.

I booked the hotel in advance and specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view. The view was of a concrete wall, there was also a conference in one of the rooms on our hall and the doors were banging very loudly all evening. When I called reception when we first checked in to move to a different room the woman on reception said “No mama, we are fully booked” and then hung up the phone call without an apology or giving me chance to respond. The pool smelt bad and looked dirty. Service at breakfast was also rude and unfriendly, we also notified them in advance of allergies for the breakfast, and options were still limited to porridge or a fruit bowl. The reception staff didn’t say good morning or hello when you passed even if we did. Very disappointed in our stay here.

The room looked nice but the deconstructed bathroom lacked privacy for couples or families. The building was built very cheaply and thin walls so I heard my neighbor's sneeze's and anyone talking in the hall woke me up. My bathroom door wouldn't shut and was decoupled from the wall. Overall the staff was very nice and friendly, but the flimsy building was a nuisance to the experience.

my room didn't have the usual kimpton hallmarks: robe and minibar, and the coffee counter in the am wasn't stocked (understaffed kitchen crew were busy!). The bathroom sink space was cramped but the staff were really lovely! They were so friendly and on it -- from the front desk to the restaurant to room service!
