The property wasn’t maintained. The rooms were disgusting, the mattresses were full of stains and filth. We didn’t fill safe on property with the amount of homeless people around which led to a worker getting in an altercation with homeless guy. Parking garage was full which led us to pay for parking else where, when listing had it included. We ended up requesting a refund and didn’t stay at property. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.

Awful!!! The place was disgusting! The carpet was wet. There was a flood in the rooms and hallway. There were bugs all over the room. It was so dirty and the smell was unbearable. This place needs to be burned down.

The hotel is currently under construction, there is a lot of construction dust throughout the property and in the room, and the bed sheets are yellow, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

I understand that hotels have to be maintained, but seriously why have the whole hotel open when the rooms are being upgraded. Bed was uncomfortable, room was cold (even with heater on), elevators felt like they where going to fail the only good thing about this hotel was it’s location.

The room was dirty. Trash behind the mattresses (chicken bone, wrappers), looked nothing like the pictures. Stained mattress and pillows. Elevator looked broken but was still in use (they were under construction which is understandable but the elevator seemed really unsafe), no stairs from parking garage only the elevator.
