An immaculate renovation completely revived this Old 4th Ward duplex across the street from Ponce City Market. Glowing hardwoods complement light, modern furnishings and gleaming stainless steel kitchen appliances. This duplex has an ideal location, with famed mixed use Ponce City Market and the start of Atlanta's intra-neighborhood bike and walking path, The Belt Line steps away. Although it is in the heart of one of Atlanta's busiest neighborhoods, the home offers above street level quietude. There is a front unit and rear unit. Please inquire and we can let you know which, if any, are available.
