The staff were very professional and polite. Check in was smooth. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very nice and quiet.

Abosulty amazing and amazing location. Jamie the front desk host was excellent and very welcoming. Even gave my daughter some pointers on her hair for going natural. But room was clean and bathroom was clean which is what I live for in a good hotel.

Throughout our stay, we were not provided with a room key for our accommodation.Instead , the staff had to use a master key to grant us access to our room each time. While we appreciate the staff's assistance ,the situation caused us significant discomfort and a sense of insecurity,as it deviated from the standard expectations of privacy and convenience. we choose your hotel for its reputation for quality of service which is missing in this stay.

Our toilet clogged at about 10:30 one night and we went to the front desk to get a plunger to take care of it and they said they didn't even know where one was so our only toilet was out of service all night until the next day when maintenance came in around 11:00. Unacceptable if you ask me
