It was ok. The area has a lot of homeless people. Parking was horrible. Housekeeping didn't do anything the 3 days we were there. Other than that it was literally ok. Was in town for a concert. Would choose a different hotel next time.

room was clean and nice! staff while staying was very kind, as were the cleaning staff, but the receptionist after my stay was rather rude and cursed at me over the phone while i was asking questions about the incidental fee and why it hadn’t cleared. security was nice and the hotel was quiet. would be a 5 star if i hadn’t dealt with the rude receptionist.

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean.The bathroom was very small, but clean.The breakfast was just okay,but served its purpose for a one night stay. Overall my stay was pleasant, parking could be improved.
