My only issue was the 20% service fee added at the restaurant (which is separate from the tip). This means you have to pay for the meal, the 20% service fee, and the tip. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was perfect, despite only being there for a few hours due to my flight schedule.

My stay was nice except for my check-in problem. I wasn’t informed of payment cards accepted and when I used other cards I was constantly told the payment was declined I had to leave my function to come to the hotel to check in. the lady on the desk was hard to understand over The phone as she had a thick accent. She also was no very helpful or hospitable. Her customer service needs training. We had to come in to show her the card as well as show her the funds on the cards . It was obvious she had made an error, however she wanted to be argumentative with a long line of customers in the lobby. I understand she may have been frustrated due to the line and the phone ringing. I also think that since the meeting area is not private $400 was extremely over priced. Especially since we only needed it for an hour. We were forced to spend more time that needed due to the cost. The price was outrageous.
