This hotel needs some renovations. The rooms weren’t kept properly. There were no staff on site and everything was done virtual and I didn’t see housekeeping at all so I couldn’t ask for more toiletries.

The room we stayed in had a roach in the refrigerator. They moved us to another room and the phone in there did not work. Only have 1 wash cloth and the rooms were rundown. I do not recommend this hotel.

MORE CLEANING EFFORT

This is a okay hotel. All the finishing are nice. They need to do deeper cleaning once a week. They need new bedding. I was clean but they look 2 uears old. This hotel could be at the Holiday inn level with just a little more effort and bringing back the breakfast. The staff are really nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before yet this by far was my worst experience at this hotel I guess after the management change things have gotten worse, always smelling like marijuana. The room was not clean bed smelling like piss female hair all in the bed yet, i’m a male with a ball head get their hair in it door to the bathroom broken I was stuck in the bathroom for 10 minutes trying to get out just overall a bad experience. I also had to sleep on the couch because of the smell and what felt like dust mites in the bed, which kept me itchy.

This hotel had no amenities and the walls were partially painted, and there was no one to greet us. It was a TV and who knows where we were talking to possibly India I would not recommend this place.

The check in procedure is vis a kiosk. I arrived an hour early to check in time. After starting the process I was told there was a $20 charge. This property also charges $10 for booking thru Hotels.Com. The room was fine but after the excessive fees, I could have stayed at a nicer property was the same price.

Terrible stay. Was unclean and everything looked rundown and in serious need of updating. The check in was very impersonal as well. Afterwards, I called in asking for my receipt as I never received one and the person that I talked to told me that she would have to talk to my manager because she didn’t know if she could give that information out….ridiculous.
