I had a fantastic stay. Ms. Clark who is the breakfast attendant is absolutely amazing! She has great customer service and very friendly! She made sure each guest was enjoying their breakfast and stay. The front desk agent Daquan was great as well! Definitely will stay again!

We actually dreaded having to stay at a Home2 Suites when we initially booked the room, but we needed something close to the airport and all the other available options were either way overpriced or unavailable to book for 1 night. From the moment we arrived for our booking, we were pleasantly surprised with everything about this modest gem of a hotel. First of all, we were sure we'd be walking into a "roach motel" because of the shockingly low price we paid for the room, but this couldn't be further from the truth! The hotel was in a convenient (although tight) location just minutes from the airport. The parking lot was clean and well lit, and the onsite self parking was free! Upon entering the clean, nicely appointed lobby, we were welcomed to help ourselves to a 24hr complimentary beverage bar of iced citrus water and hot coffee. A lovely professional by the name of Sandra checked us in at the reception desk. She was efficient, professional, and polite which I truly appreciated. I hate for my time to be wasted with alot of disingenuous pleasantries when I'm tired and just want to go to bed. Sandra checked us in quickly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great overview of everything that was included in our stay. The pleasant surprises continued when we got to our room. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We had a spacious sleeping area, comfortable bed, plenty of seating, a desk we used as a remote office space, a kitchenette, and clean bat

Kitchen lacking utensils, plates and hand towels. Main microwave was out of order but a smaller counter-top one was placed. I brought up utensils and plates from breakfast time. Otherwise, this hotel provides good service and a safe and good night sleep.
