We originally booked this room due to the reviews and unfortunately I wonder how honest the people were by their reviews. First of all the evening check in clerk was not very friendly. Second for some reason the bathroom door locked on us and in the middle of the night we couldn’t get into it. The phone in the room did not work so had to call from our cell phone. The nice lady at the desk was by herself and no maintenance were there. She brought up a couple tools in which I used and was able to get the door open. For the 2 night stay I had to keep my extra pair of shoes against the bathroom door so it wouldn’t lock on us. The tv remote was not easily operated as well as the blinds to the room. The only 2 good things were: Gloria the overnight lady and the cleanliness.

Didn’t have the best experience at this hotel. Overall the stay was going pretty well for the first few days. Then the hot water was not working for a few hours, we were double charged for the pet fee which they were not planning to give us back, and my girlfriends camera went missing.

A nice hotel with great staff. Will stay again :)

The staff at this hotel are just amazing, especially Ms. Penny and Evening Shift Supervisor Christen. There is another young lady I was talking to on my second morning. Didn't get her name, but she was very nice too. Wonderful people. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire team at the hotel.

Bartender was the best. Even went above and beyond to order pizza for deliver for some guests after the kitchen was closed and pizza place told them they would not deliver to the hotel!!! Loved her
