As soon as we walked into the hotel we were greeted by a super friendly staff. The hotel was clean. The room was more than comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and the water was warm in the pool and the location of the hot tub was great with a city view. I would absolutely stay here again!

Rooms and the facilities are really nice, staff was wonderful upon checking in. However, we ask for towels the second night. Lady said she would bring them right up. We never saw any towels the rest of the stay. Then, as I was leaving, I asked the lady at the counter how to get out of the parking deck because I believe y’all are gonna charge me two times. She assured me they would not. Sure enough when I left an hour later I got the receipt from our stay. On my credit card statement sure enough the parking deck charged me too. I called from the parking deck box told the operator who I was and my room number and they had no idea that I even stayed at the Hotel, so I spent $184 on parking. I will be disputing with my credit card. The whole parking thing just seems disorganized to me and a scam to double dip payment. She even admitted to me on the way out. They added parking as I checked out even though I told them I had a ticket when I parked and they didn't need to add it. So I am very upset about this. We have 2 more trips in the coming weeks and its doubtful Ill be staying here again.

This was probably one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in a while. The room was clean and spacious, lobby was nice, and the hallways had cool murals of sea creatures. But the little things stood out too. The soaps and shampoos smelled really good. There were many cubbies and shelves for a family to use. The towels were soft. The associates were helpful and funny. The location was perfect for our aquarium visit and close to some real tasty local restaurants. I’d be very glad to stay here again.

The hotel is great. Very clean and a very friendly front desk. The surrounding area felt very unsafe after dark. We walked to dinner just .25 miles down the road and there were aggressive homeless people and groups of masked teenagers riding the city scooters. We felt so unsafe we got an uber back to the hotel. We will not stay downtown again.
