Not really sure how to go about this because i don’t normally complain but this incident from this property was very unprofessional. Had booked a king studio, with a city view and a wet bar. long story short, that wasn’t what i was given and hilton refused to refund me when i had spend 500$+ dollars for TWO nights. personally, i think its unacceptable because i use Hilton | hampton all the time and didn’t get what i paid for.

Overall my stay was good. I didn’t like the late check in time. Most places you can check in at 3pm. Their check in time is 4pm. The beds were kinda hard but I guess that’s to be expected. Breakfast was really good. Parking garage is small but thankfully didn’t run into any issues there. All in all, my stay was pretty good

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was substandard but it was included so can't really complain. We had a small hiccup at check in, something about where I checked in on my Hilton app it declined one room but not the other, it made no sense. It was fixed quickly though!
