While my hotel stay was relatively enjoyable & uneventful, the poor condition of the carpet and overly watchful & suspicious eyes of the staff serving the free breakfast was outrageous at best.

Very disappointed. I get it was thanksgiving weekend but was hoping for a tree to be up by the fireplace . We had went to stone mountain and pick there due to it was a little cheaper but not that much and had free breakfast that wasn’t eatable really . Low par . Which I get free . The bed rooms the sheets were stain or at least I hope the were stained and very wore out . I did take pictures and Jones didn’t call because we got back late the first night and was exhausted and the we just slep on top of the one stained sheets with blankets we brought. . Feel could have newer bedding . I mean you get what you pay for and this is a fact .

There was urine visible on the bottom of the toilet when we got to our room. The keys never worked, even after someone came and allegedly replaced the battery in the door. There was a phone on the nightstand that wasn’t even plugged in anywhere. The reason I gave this review a 3 is that the staff was friendly and the rates are good. We’ve stayed here every year for almost 10 years st Thanksgiving because it’s close to your family but I think this is the last year we’ll be staying there

There was no shower head in the shower, the property in general seemed neglected and the staff seemed more focused on going home than being there.
