The night Staff was rude to me and my son . Any thing that you asked her she had a smart remark for . She wasn’t friendly at all. The morning staff as well. I said good morning and she just looked at me . Then said just put it in the box, I guess referring to the key . Not what i expect from Hampton Inn

The phone didn’t work…maintenance fixed it (new cord). 😉 The floor in the kitchenette area was slippery with oil/grease of some kind (slip hazard)… housekeeping took care of it 😉 There was NO hot water. Maintenance came to repair, however there still wasn’t hot water the entirety of our stay. Management discounted the price.

The hotel was absolutely filthy. I genuinely was worried about my health - the bathrooms were disgusting, there were roaches and bugs, and I don’t have faith that the rooms were adequately cleaned. I had to be moved from TWO rooms at check-in because of how dirty they were. There were used diapers in the trash can, somebody’s hair and other trash, and the tile in the shower was covered in rust and stains. It was disgusting. The third room was better than the first two at first glance, but when I woke up I saw bugs everywhere and roaches crawling around. The breakfast was subpar and that was the best part of the stay, so that’s saying something. The staff was fine - they didn’t question it when I asked for a new room because they already knew the rooms were dirty. The doors to the building on the side were broken and the staff knew it, saying “oh yeah the side doors are broken” after I had to walk around and couldn’t get in. I will never ever ever stay at this place again. It was a huge mistake.
