Stayed two nights in early December, 2025. Keeping in mind the low price I would give the Guest Inn an excellent rating. Check in was fast and easy, I found the room to be quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower, and clean and comfortable towels. I found the room to be dated, but obviously decently maintained. The property appears to be clean and well groomed, and while I obviously didn’t use the pool, it appeared clean and well taken care of. I’d like to give a special shout-out to housekeeping, they did a wonderful job of making my bed and replacing used towels while I was out during the day. I didn’t try the included breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Only one minor complaint, no hangers in the closet. Again, considering the low price, I would say an excellent place to stay.

the breakfast was decent but the room was dirty, and the overall experience at the hotel was dirty, and i didnt like it , the bed sheets were very dirty and there was bed bugs housekeeping need to clean the rooms better

Breakfast was a slice of random bread and coffee. Bathroom lights did not work. T.v remote was for another TV. Holes in the wall. Door lock barely holding on.
