Location is wonderful. There were a few minor issues but nothing major. My stay overall was great. instructions for everything was were very clear and made check in very easy.

Overall the apartment with as described with 2 bathrooms, a loft and second bedroom and the location is outstanding. However, it was not clean. When we first arrived, there was an odor to the apartment, and thick dust on baseboards and fixtures. The floors were obviously dirty. There was tissue, unflushed in the toilet, food and sponges in the kitchen sink and dishes in the dishwasher. The carpet in the bedroom downstairs is filthy and had obviously not been vacuumed.I was able to find the broom and mop and purchased some cleaning supplies to make it better for our stay. Whoever comes after us will find it in better condition than what we found it.There are some repairs that need to be made in the downstairs bathroom. It looks like there was some water damage and the exhaust fan does not work, which probably contributes to the issue they're having with gnats. They are definitely working to combat the issue as evidenced by gnat traps and lights throughout. Also, while there obviously isn’t much privacy in the loft we were expecting the second bedroom to be private. There are barn doors hanging for the bedroom but they do not close completely. There is a place in the downstairs bedroom that is open to the staircase, so even if the doors could close, someone could look into the bedroom from the stairs. The loft bathroom door is not private either.The bedrooms could also use side tables, or some sort of furniture, especially downstairs, where there is no accessible closet.

Check in was difficult with instructions, location, was great. However it was infested with Knat(nats). I contact the rental manager about the knats and she said it was nothing they could do about it and they would give me 40% off the the next stay if we stay there again. I will never stay there again with that many knats we came up there for mountain climbing trip we could’ve stayed in the mountains if we wanted to deal with Knats. As a realtor they should be more transparent with clients about the habitat of the property.
