Nice and clean property. Limited breakfast options. However connected hotel, Courtyard with more options. Not sure why both are Marriott properties, but you are only allowed to have complimentary breakfast at hotel assigned. Overall will recommend for business or pleasure stay.

Hotel is in good shape, but I could not sleep in the morning because directly above my room they decided that they’re doing construction, banging and scraping and music playing and everything so I had to leave earlier than expected because of the noise I complained to the front desk and they were going to pass it on to the manager, which there was none on staff

My stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites Atlanta Lithia Springs was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was delicious. The bar and snacks were a great amenity too.
