➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in
➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at $1000.
➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.
➤ Please note that both fireplaces are not operational and not for guests to use.
➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate.

We provide basic starter supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) to get you through the first day or two. Please plan for anything else you might need.
