I got in after hour's due to traffic. It took about ten minutes to check in over the phone. Then another 10-15 minutes for a manager to show up to issue my keys. Also,the room had a heavy musky odor but, it was clean

Convenient, very close access to the Ameris Amphitheater. Location was a little tricky to find from the street as it there wasn’t any obvious signs. Room was not much to look at but the mattress and linen were clean. Would’ve given another Cleanliness Star, however, did see one roach when the light was turned on in the bathroom. Didn’t sleep well due to a couple who were having a loud (and long) discussion either next door or in the hall. It was well after midnight as we had just been to a concert. Check-in Clerk was cheerful, attentive, informative and knowledgeable. Hopefully, there’s a remodel in the near future.

Staff very professional and responsive. They could improve on the general services such as routine housekeeping, which the guests pays a few upon request. Also, linen not replaced daily or cleaned. Guest has to clean, replace, or request new linen to get it. Ok stay, with room for improvements. Thx for your hospitality.
