We are thrilled to host you! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and wonderful stay for you and future guests—as well as to maintain great relationships with our neighbors—we kindly ask that you review and abide by our house rules.

Secure Guest Verification (Required Before Check-In)
To protect our guests against identity theft and ensure a secure stay, we require all booking guests to complete a digital verification process prior to arrival.
● How it works: Shortly after booking, you will receive a secure link from our verification partner, AutoHost.
● What is required: You will be asked to fill out a brief form confirming that the person booking is the guest who will be staying with us.
● Fee: There is a standard $35 verification fee required to process this secure check.
● Please note: Completion of this verification is mandatory to receive your check-in instructions.


Cleaning Fee Policy
To ensure the space is professionally cleaned and prepared for every guest, a one-time cleaning fee of $220 per stay applies. This fee covers thorough cleaning and sanitation before your arrival.

Note: Additional Cleaning fee will be requested once we found out that property is not in good condition when guests check out.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of US$250 is required via electronic payment. The property charges this days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. A handling fee of 75 $USD may be applied if cash payment prefered.

General House Rules
● Primary Guest Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
● Gatherings & Safety: Our home is a peaceful retreat. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
● Occupancy: Only guests listed on the official reservation are permitted on the property. To comply with insurance and safety regulations, a $200 fee per night will apply for each unregistered guest.
● Smoke-Free Environment: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property (both indoors and on any outdoor balconies/patios).

Caring for the Home
We’ve put a lot of love into designing this space for you. Please help us keep it beautiful:
● Bedrooms: To keep the linens and carpets pristine, please enjoy all food and drinks in the kitchen or dining areas.
● Furniture: Please keep the furniture and layout in its original design (do not rearrange the items).
● Departure Care: Before checking out, we kindly ask that you wash your used dishes and take the trash out to the designated bins.
● Keys & Furnishings: Please take extra care of the house keys and furnishings. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee, and guests are responsible for any property damage exceeding the security deposit.
● Illegal Substances: No illegal substances are permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking Guidelines
To ensure both units on this property have easy, stress-free access, please adhere to our strict backyard parking setup.
● Permitted Parking: Unit B has two designated parking spots located on the left side of the yard in the back. There is a clear sign posted on the fence marking the space for your unit. Please park exclusively in these spots.
● Driveway Restrictions: The main driveway must be kept completely free, clear, and unobstructed at all times so all guests can enter and exit the property at their discretion.
● Loading Rule: Parking in the driveway is strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of active loading and unloading for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Safety & Security Cameras
For your peace of mind and the protection of the property, active security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, monitoring the outdoor premises only.
● Your privacy is paramount to us; these cameras do not view any interior spaces.
● Tampering with, covering, or disabling any exterior security camera is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will result in a $150 fine and may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Check-In & Check-Out
● Please respect our designated check-in and check-out times so our cleaning team has enough time to make the home perfect for the next guest.
