I booked two rooms, side by side. While one room seemed fairly clean, the other had many stains in the carpet, false eyelashes sticking on the side of the night stand and roaches. I was utterly disgusted. I only mentioned the roaches to the front desk during my stay, as I noticed them the next morning. I was able to capture one of the two under a glass in the room. The pool was nice and large. Area was clean. Very warm in the room. Happy hour was fun. The homemade ranch dip was amazing!! So amazing, I’ve been craving it. The rooms were very nice in size and the beds were extremely comfortable. I slept very well.. thank God I hadn’t discovered the roaches until the next morning, because I would not have slept well at all. Breakfast was okay. I do not eat pork. I had to request the non-pork option which was a chicken sausage. I didn’t care for it, but it sufficed. I loved my waffle and potatoes. Large variety of drink options. They even had made to order omelets for the adults. The only downfall about breakfast was the roach that came crawling across the bench seats. I couldn’t finish my food at that point having just dealt with the roaches in my room. The staff at the hotel were amazing! Very kind and friendly. No complaints about them. I am disappointed that I never heard from the manager, as promised. I only received apologies and that since there’s plants in the building, there will be roaches in the dinning area from the staff.

The room was clean and had a lot of space. The staff at check in were very nice and friendly. The food selection for cocktails hour was horrible. The drinks were okay. The breakfast was good. Could have had grits and it would have been nice to get your own meat instead of the server getting it for you. She didn’t asked which sausage I wanted. Overall for this to be Embassy Suites I expect more! I don’t like a would revisit this location.

The rooms are not the cleanest, there were roaches in the bathroom, room cleaning was sub-optimal, stained carpets. Breakfast was good and a lot of restaurants around. Some staff were friendly while other were so-so. We would not go back there again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and Gabriela at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful with a few small requests I had—she really made a great first impression. The hotel itself was serene and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. That said, the reason I can’t give a full 5 stars is because my room felt noticeably worn. The carpet had many spots that made the room feel less clean, and unfortunately one of the chairs was wet, which actually left my pants dirty when I sat on it (definitely not ideal). Aside from that, the room was cleaned to a satisfactory level. Overall, I travel often and would stay here again because of the comfort, quiet atmosphere, and excellent service. With some room updates, this hotel would easily be a 5-star experience.

Ideal stay after a long day.

A lady and gentleman greeted me with big smiles and a welcome as I walked inside. The lady from Zambia who checked me in provided water and all of the information I needed without me having to ask. And, she seemed as happy as could be. The gentleman located a parking spot for me as the parking lot was under repair and then walked me back safely to the entrance. Cleanliness is VITAL for me and I even requested the cleanest room available and it was!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. There were a couple of things that they could improve on, but it was not a dealbreaker for me. On this day, there were a lot of kids staying here. I think it might have been a team that was visiting and there were a bunch of young boys running all over the hotel. They were loud and disruptive and standing right outside my hotel room. I had to step outside and ask them to please move somewhere else and tell them that they were being loud. I feel like it's up to the property and security to notice these things And examine their cameras and tell hotel guest to keep the noise down. Parents should not have their teenagers running all over a hotel, screaming and making noise like it playground. Another issue was that the key card stopped working. I had to go back to the desk three times because each time they said they fixed it, it really wasn't fixed. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for a maintenance guy to come upstairs and try and fix the door. He took a little while to get the door open. I don't know why that happened but that should not have happened. The fact that it did happen and I had to make three trips back-and-forth and be locked out the room for over 30 minutes. they should have offered some kind of compensation and at least given me a formal apology for the inconvenience. The check-in process was not smooth. I booked two reservations via Expedia. He had a hard time finding the reservations. I had to be the one to locate it for him.

The indoor pool was freezing, either not heated or the heater was broken with no warning sign posted to let you know. There was also mold growing in the cracks of the tile in the pool area. Our room had a funny smell, couldn’t quite figure out why. And there weren’t enough wash cloths and towels for everyone in the bathroom.
