I had a great stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall service. I traveled from Charlotte-NC with my family, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to Patricia, who prepares the omelets. She was very kind, provided excellent service, and is bilingual with great skills in both English and Spanish. I was also impressed by her cooking technique—her pan flipping was smooth and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
