Area was great. However, unless you do valet parking, it was an absolute pain. Parking deck where we had to park was too far away and such a hassle to get to.

The room I reserved and paid for was somehow not available when checking in. A smaller room however was available. I asked how would crediting me back the difference work and they said since I booked thru a third party, their’s nothing they could do except maybe comp the two nights of valet. I settled on that but was very dissatisfied. Then when I checked out they changed their mind and only comped one night of valet because its a difference company and they “really are not allowed to do that”. Well how about having the room I already paid for available, are you allowed to do that…

The hotel itself is very nice. There were definitely many stains on the carpet in my room.. the breakfast was adequate. The front desk personnel was superb very friendly and very informative.. The parking situation is not the best

The area the hotel is in was amazing. There were many dinning options within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool was cold but we still had an enjoyable time. The room was more than we could have expected.
