Front desk staff Devon was phenomenal. No ice available on my floor. Phone in room didn't work. Elevators were randomly out of order right when I needed to leave for work. Had maintenance randomly needing to enter my room for a fire inspection. Lastly, check out was at 11am and by 11:10 my door was knocked on inquiring about me checking out despite me asking for a late check out.

Our first breakfast didn’t have any fruit other than oranges; the next day they had fruit salad. Not many vegetarian or healthy options. No oatmeal, for example. They were out of 2 of the 4 hot dishes when we were there the first morning, and when I asked a staff member how long it would be before the refills came out, she was quite rude and dismissive. Also to note, we had a suite room and the room that includes the sofa pullout faces into the courtyard so it is quite noisy for those who sleep on the pullout. For example, there was a dog barking in the courtyard (yes, indoors) and dishes clanking, etc.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years in the past. I stopped staying because the condition was very poor. I heard that it was renovated in the last several years. It was very well done!! New EVERYTHING! The location is great if you need to be by the best restaurants and take the Marta! The staff is outstanding!! The man who checked us in, Devon, was a professional and understood how to deal efficiently with a few problems with our room...They were minor and we felt very comfortable alerting him to the issues (microwave not plugged in, towel replenishment.. and such things). However, he was incredible and treated us with respect and went overboard to help...fixed fast! He greeted us everyday and asked if we needed anything. All of the staff was excellent except for one that may just be my opinion because we are a high-end service industry business ourselves.

We love the location and the rooms . The staff is great. The only problem is the mattress and pillows are horrible. We also were unlucky enough to have both TVs unusable for our 3 day stay. Front desk offered to fix it for 2 days to no avail. Despite all that we will use their accommodations again.

We did no have hot water and the sink faucet was broken. Asked every day and one guy came and couldn’t fix no one else came. Supposedly getting a credit… needs to be at least 2 of the four days we we stayed

The staff was very courteous! From the front desk to the man who made the omelets - all were very helpful and nice! We had one situation where only 1 of our beds was made up in our room one day. Other than that we had no issues! We were there for market at AmericasMart and were also so happy to discover there was a shuttle taking people to and from the market! We will for sure be back in June!!
