Ryan and the other young lady who helped as wait staff daily were phenomenal. Their customer service deserves recognition. The room was accommodating and I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The check-in staff were so nice. Breakfast was awesome with an amazing yogurt bar and made by request egg dishes. There were little frittatas that seemed like a great idea but were cold so maybe stick with the made to order eggs. The shampoo was out in the shower so check the bottles before getting in the shower. I packed light and had to wash my hair in bodywash because I didn’t notice before getting in. I did notice bed frame was pretty dusty in the corners but other than that the room was clean. I always check mattress corners in hotels for bed bugs before getting in is how I noticed the dust.

I was satisfied with the presentation of the resort. For cleanliness, I give this location 4 stars due to me staying at the resort for 4 days, I didn't receive room service but once. When asked about the frequency of room service, I was told that extended stays only receive room service once every 3 days. Other than that the staff were pleasant.
