Awesome Apt But Can be Loud

The apartment is super spacious. Everything is super comfortable and you have absolutely everything you need. The location is great! The only drawback is that you are upstairs from a bar and at times it can be loud. If you’re going to be out at night or you Don’t have trouble sleeping, it should be no problem. The owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful so that was all very easy.

Property was great and the owner was responsive. Location was great and parking close. Only issue was loud music coming from the lounge/club below. They played music very loud until 2am.

I had an amazing stay at this property AGAIN!! It was very neat, clean, and smelled very fresh. The location was very convenient for all of our planned events in the downtown area. Can’t wait to stay again!

Short Trip

The property was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and in a convenient location. My friends and I were able to walk everywhere we needed to go or take a short Uber ride if needed. I’ll definitely book this property again!

Great quaint spot in downtown Atlanta!

We had a blast! The club below wasn’t too loud, and it was a fantastic spot close to the State Farm arena where we had events at all week long. Super easy to navigate to, and because it’s on a side street there was little/no traffic that we ever heard or worried about. And the restaurants nearby were fantastic too! The greatest of the plates was hands down the BEST salmon I’ve ever had….and being able to take that food back to our VRBO and eat comfortably around a table with friends was HUGE! Tons of room, would highly recommend!!!

Cool urban loft

Enjoyed staying here. In town for business. walking distance to merchandise mart where we needed to be. Marta(subway) close by. Everything you need at your finger tips. You should be aware the property is above a local bar and you can hear activity on their late nights. Also steps involved so plan accordingly.

Convenient downtown location

This location was very convenient to a business conference we were in town for. The space is comfortable, and open. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, although we didn’t cook. Unfortunately the dishwasher had a terrible smell and backed up in the sink when we tried to run it so we had to wash things by hand. There is a bar directly downstairs and Tuesday night there was incredibly loud music playing until the early morning which was difficult for us because we we had to get up early for our conference. Other nights of the week it was pretty quiet though.
