Room was clean and well appointed. I thought I had read that there was a restaurant for breakfast or dinner onsite. There was not, only frozen food you could purchase and heat in a microwave. They did have a hot cocoa bar in the lobby that was very nice!

The staff member provided excellent customer service and always maintained a positive attitude. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Unfortunately, on 12/5 there was a water outage for about an hour. The hotel parking rate is super expensive-25 for self parking. There were stains on my sheets and the couches in the room. The bar soap was used and simply placed back in the container.

Yes and yes except when I checked in I was told the hours when breakfast was served. Come to find out its not included. It is an $18 dollar charge. I thnlink they purposefully dont tell guests of the charge so we would eat it and be stuck with extra charges.
