Designed for travel nurses, business travelers, relocations, and extended stays near Downtown, airport & Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

The ADT security system command center located on the wall inside the home, does not have any audio or video recording devices on it.

All major attractions within 5 to 7 mins Downtown, Phillips Area, the Beltline, popular Atlanta breweries, Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football HoF, 10 mins from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool mentioned is a community pool associated with Mozley Park historical neighborhood. This pool is a 3 to 5 mins walk for our home and/or a 1 mins drive away.

NOTE: There is a lovely dog park at Mozley Park for the dog lovers in all of us! If you are planning on having a pet in our home, there is a $150 pet fee that is required.

NO smoking or eating the bedrooms. If you need to smoke, we have a patio where you can smoke there. This space is a smart home. It has outdoor security camera's but at the front with a Smart Door cam and outdoor camera over the patio area. Those are pointing to outside areas and are going to be active during your stay for security purposes
