Conveniently located

Pros Great location! The host has good communication. The host was flexible with the date change as well. The host also refunded a night due to not having a properly cleaned facility. There was a laundry on site which got us through our stay. Cons The linen was soiled, and bathrooms needed to be cleaned - hair and dirt in the sink, tub, and shower. The stained/aged mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced - multiple hard stains covered it. We had to put a blanket b/w the mattress and the fitted sheet to feel comfortable. It also needs a kitchen table and chairs. I would stay again if the facility has a kitchen table/chairs, a new mattress in master, and a proper cleaning service.
