Not the best rental choice
We stayed at this townhome for my son's baseball tournament in East Cobb. The townhome was in a cute little town but it was not a great environment. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. The townhouse next to us smelled like pot smoke all the time. The townhome itself was not well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The description said it had a grill and a hot tub. Neither was available for us. The stairs going downstairs had no railing, the shower downstairs had a showerhead that was facing the corner of the shower because it was connected to the ceiling. there were light bulb out and missing. We used the fan on the microwave above the stove and it caused the air conditioning upstairs to not work while the fan was running.
Lastly, the homeowner filed an insurance claim for a wall repair. We did not damage any part of the townhome. He did not reach out to us to let us know that there was damage. There was a small hole in the wall in the downstairs bathroom that was pre-existing our stay because there is not a doorstop on the door.
