It’s a beautiful home that is completely different from the area it is around. Has a full operational work space/studio in garage (if you want to use ask me so I can make it available). 4 houses down is Lakewood Amphitheater and EUE Screen Gems.

Nice House: It Has A Lot Of Potential

The house was nice. It seems to be in the progress of being renovated from the outside in. The outside seems to be finished and the inside seems to be a work in progress. The house wasn't FULLY clean on the inside. The fridge wasn't cleaned, there was a lot of dust on top of the fridge. There also were clothes (worn socks and t-shirts) that were tucked/fallen behind an ottoman in the living room. There was what seemed to be a huge "junk closet" in the common area/kitchen. But for what it was worth it was a nice property.
