Convenient location to East Cobb and Lakepoint baseball complex

We stayed for a week long baseball tournament great location to our field locations home owner was very easy to talk to and accommodating.

Bedroom arrangements and upstairs temperature

Overall a good experience. Only thing that I have to say negative is the upstairs was really hot. And the way the bedrooms are arranged is a little inconvenient. I’m not sure but it appears to me that the bedroom with 4 beds was an add-on. I say this because you have to go through the middle bedroom to access a bathroom. And there are no ceiling fans in it. Thankful I brought a small fan cause it was very hot in that particular room. Also, there was minimal bath linen , however I called host and that matter was taken care of. Area very nice

Great place for our family to be near local family

Our family from different states came together to be near our Atlanta family. This house was great for this because of it’s location & size. It is in a nice neighborhood & had a great backyard for the little ones to run around in.

Great home with lots of beds

This home is located in an upscale neighborhood with quiet neighbors. The fenced backyard is enormous and your dogs will love running around. There is also a large back patio with built-in seating. No firepit - in the picture it looks like it does but it's really a planter. The home has 4 bedrooms all located on the 2nd floor: 1. Master with a luxurious bath and jacuzzi tub with queen bed. The mattress is very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Large TV 2. Bedroom with queen bed 3. Bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle. 4. The FROG or bonus room is very large with 2 twin beds, and a bunk bed with double/full-size beds. There is only one full bath for the 3 bedrooms to share upstairs, not including the master, but it is doable. Also, we never ran out of hot water even with 8 people in the house. The actual kitchen is a bit small but has all the basic items of plates and pots. It is an open concept with a counter that connects to the kitchen sitting area with a table for 4 or 6 and 2 stools for the counter area. It is surrounded on 3 sides by ceiling to floor windows overlooking the backyard and is full of light. There is also a formal dining room that can fit 4 to 6 people. The living room has a working fireplace that was fun to use while watching TV. The check-in process was easy with a numeric keypad so no one can lose the keys. The heat was propane and really warmed the house up quickly and comfortably. WiFi was also strong and we had no problems with using our Netflix accounts on the living room TV (but be sure to sign out after putting in your data.) There is another large TV in the master bedroom. There is a very large 2 car garage if you want to park inside. The owner was very responsive to our requests and always answered within a day. Overall, we were very happy in this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for a group of people.
