It's fine, but the hotel is pretty tired and needs renovating. I was charged $45 for wifi, despite logging in using my Bonvoy number which said it'd be free, and it took a few phonecalls to get it refunded.

I loved the room, even though it needed updating. The additional space was a Godsend especially because we were there for a multi day wedding event at the four seasons. The staff at the hotel is excellent. After ordering, breakfast is slow. The room is very clean.

Service at check-in was excellent. The lobby area, bar, and restaurant are nice and the food we had there was good! Overall, good experience, great location, walking distance to several excellent restaurants and Piedmont Park. Very nice and safe area. I’d stay here again. These are minor improvements that could be made: the suites need updating, bathrooms are small, and decor is a bit tired. The hotel ran out of both valet parking spots and extra blankets. Yes, there was a large music festival in town so I understand the parking. Also, turned out the self parking was great and right under the hotel, so that was good! However, my kids could’ve used an extra blanket on their pull out sofa. They got by with a sheet and thin blanket, but an extra would’ve been more comfortable for them. Again, these are just minor improvements and the overall experience was good!
