RESIDUALS

I was greeted with a pleasant smile as I arrived. The attendant was courteous. I was informed by the manager that my room was given away as I didn’t check in the day prior, even though I paid for my stay prior to arriving. The manager stated all rooms were the same and that a room was available at PL. While I was there a lady came in and asked if rooms were available and they were informed that they were. She was given a room not on PL. The room I received was okay. Nothing spectacular about it. No refrigerator or microwave. Just a King size bed and tv. It served its purpose. SLEEP I believe the hotel needs upgrades.

It was kind of run down feeling. I guess for the price it was ok. No problems with the lobby but once you get past that was old feeling. Also at this point you should need a key to use the elevator.

Definitely a much older property. It could use some updates. Ceiling looked like it had a leak at one point. The room had a humid and moisture damage feel and smell. The hot water didn't really work in the shower and the air conditioner was on its last leg, very loud. Other than those things it looked like it could've been a nice property at one time. The staff was very friendly and helpful I will say.

The rooms were very different from the pictures. The rooms were outdated and small. As for the staff, I had to call the property phone number in order to get in contact with someone for extra towels and when I go in contact with someone the towels never came. After almost an hour, I assumed they were busy with checkin for the concert, I went down to get the towels myself. I noticed at least 4 staff members standing at the desk, with no customers there.

Worst check in experience ever. We literally had to get ready in the lobby restroom since the room wasn’t ready yet. After surviving that uncomfortable experience we returned to the desk and was supposedly offered an upgrade probably because I mentioned reporting the inconvenience. Come to find out there wasn’t any changes to my stay. We were lied to, most likely to keep quiet. Multiple women had to get ready in the lobby bathroom like an high school gym class. Expected to pay full price and we didn’t have access to a room once we arrived. We won’t be returning to this hotel again. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Check in was a breeze. ALEJANDRA went above and beyond to satisfy all my request.. As a matter fact, all of the staff (in the bar and in the restaurant)were very professional and friendly, and we’re ready to help at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet. It had a beautiful view from the balcony, but unfortunately, the balcony door would not open. The only other negative I would say would be the furniture was outdated. The bathroom looked like it had fresh tile and wallpaper. The water pressure was outstanding. I was there for two Braves games, and they had a shuttle that would take you and pick you up, but it was such a easy walk that I decided to walk instead. Next time in Atlanta, I will stay here again
