The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Load the dishwasher and start the cycle. - Strip the used beds and leave linens on the floor. Put all dirty towels and washcloths in white basket by the master door.
- Set thermostat to 66° and the winter and 75° in the summer - Take trash out.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked - Close Dog door before leaving - Send us a quick message through the app to let us know you’ve checked out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
