Wonderful experience

We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful Midtown space. The building was amenity rich and the people were so kind and welcoming. Loved the location and ease to walk around.

Good,Bad,Ugly

The good: The actual property is in a great location, very walkable and well maintained to be pet friendly. The front desk and staff showed great customer service throughout the stay. The amenities are a plus and the sky lounge is fabulous! The bad: Stayed 5 nights on a recent trip to Atlanta. We were 2 registered guest with only 1 key card which made it difficult to navigate the property solo. The customer service though quick to respond to general questions was lacking in resolving concerns. The ugly: Those with serious pet allergies be warned. The unit is absolutely pet friendly, in that the hair wasn't vaccumed on furniture and floors. Speaking of cleaning, I'm baffled by the strict check in/out policies since the unit was minimally clean at arrival. The unit is as pictured but definitely some wear. For a luxury/regal branded rental I didn't expect bugs in appliances (vitamix not working) or unclean utensils in the oven or unraveling bath mats! Likely won't use Atlanta Luxury Rentals in the future. But would absolutely stay at the "property again!!!"
