Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, green belt for walking and nature, and a short distance from the highway to take you downtown. Walk to downtown (10 minutes) or Avalon (15 minutes). Two parking spaces available plus street parking. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking by turning the temperature dial on the Nest thermostat.
