Overall I enjoyed my stay but found a few things that could be improved upon. Firstly there is no room service which is fine but having extra garbage bags (especially in the bathroom because you can't flush toilet paper) is needed!! The shower also wouldn't drain the water and the water ended up staying in the bottom of the shower and flooding the bathroom a little. Another complaint was the checking in process. When I asked for an early check in, I never received a clear answer. I was told the night before I would get an answer which didn't happen. Then the day of the reservation, I couldn't reach a staff member and the automatic bot made the process frustrating and stressful especially in a foreign city. In the end I did get an early check in which was appreciated. The location was awesome and the apartment itself was clean with a spacious balcony overlooking the port.

I had to travel to Athens, Greece to attend to my wife hospitalized emergently while on a cruise/tour. I had to find a location close to Metropolitan Hospital in Piraeus. The hospital had recommended a popular hotel nearby, but was for 'adults only' ! Piraeus is apparently a hub for cruises. The area itself is busy w loud traffic and plenty of graffiti. The facility itself is not obviously visible from the street. Getting in took a little thought. There is a code to ender the main door then a code to open the lock box outside the unit where the main key is located. It took me quite a while to digest this. Luckily a nice lady was exiting and guided me to the process. The unit itself is tidy and organized. the lock has 4 deadbolts ! The heating unit has to manually turned on with a switch outside the bathroom. All this is a little unusual for an American traveler. I was not is a state of mind to go through these steps. The facility was a 20 minute walk from the hospital. I did not see any sights so I cannot comment on proximity. Once situating myself, though, I felt very secure and I would highly recommend a place where security is a priority. The street noise is prominent but unavoidable in this area. It does calm down in the late night Be sure, as soon as you have contact with the management via messaging system, that you contact them by telephone or text. There is quite a delay in the messaging system and might prove frustrating if you need something.There is no front desk

We loved our stay. Clean and new. The air conditioner was great. The blinds blocked the light. Elevator was difficult to use if door was open. Might consider a sign to close door. Difficult to climb stairs with suitcase to 7th floor. Minor items. Loved it. The roof was great.
