Parking is really nonexistent,And everything, check-in exc has to be done over the phone, so no staff durring stay, but the place is clean and comfortable, they do have a clothes washer but the dryer is in the basement. I would star there again .

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this property! When we entered the room it wasn’t clean, there is no staff or reception either incase you need anything. No one to clean or change towels or bedding, we stayed for 2 weeks. We asked the host on Saturday if we could have a clean change of towels and bedding and they asked us to wait until Tuesday. Location is horrendous, it is probably the roughest location in Athens, full of druggies and alcoholics and we did not feel safe walking around after dark. And as for the apartment itself, the noise in the room from the traffic outside was awful and woke us up every night. The third night we stayed there we were woken up to drunks knocking on our apartment door at 3am. Pull out sofa bed is filthy, full of stains and looks nothing like the listing when you book the accommodation. Also found a few cockroaches in our apartment. DO NOT BOOK

Terrible location in seedy neighborhood. Drug addicts and drunks all around. No on site reception so you need to communicate on-line to setup your access to your room. Not the best hotel to book if you are in a hurry or have no wifi access. Having said that, the receptionist that I did talk to on the phone was very helpful and so got the information to us to get into our room. Close to metro station so you can get the heck out when you have to. Room had all you need for your stay with a great fridge, and coffee maker, stove, etc. AC worked good. Bed was decent. Sewer gas came through the floor drains so you will have to cover with a wet towel. More common in Athens than you would think. Not the cleanest room but not the worst.

Modern apartment within easy reach of city centre.

Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the Metro and 2 stops to the city centre. Several shops and cafes nearby. Neighbourhood is a little edgy but I never felt unsafe. Booking was easy with great engagement via WhatsApp. Access via door code and key box was super simple. Apartment was modern, bed comfortable and a nice area to sit and watch TV. Great Air con. I think it just needed a deep clean, especially the fridge and I had a few bugs to squash. Overall great value for money, I would stay again. Just suggest they review their cleaning arrangements.

WYZ Attiki Aparthotel

The apartment was great. I didn't know I could WhatsApp the WYZ Attiki Aparthotel team until the day before I flew to Greece. In emails from Hotels.com I was told I'd receive an email with check in information. This never came. I phoned the team from England the day before my flight out to Athens and as soon as I did this, then the direct messaging through WhatsApp was clear and helpful from the WYZ team. I got all the check in info ahead of time and welcome texts. As said before, if I knew beforehand that I could simply WhatsApp the team, I would have done this rather than having to call. I'd tried to check if the apartment provided an iron & towels (which they do) but couldn't find out & took towels and a travel iron unnecessarily. Again if I'd known to WhatsApp sooner, I would have easily found this info out directly from the team. For a woman travelling alone, the apartment felt very safe & secure. (Even though I was told it was a rough area, I never felt unsafe or threatened in any way). There was an info sheet which explained things clearly regarding turning the water boiler on, washing machine instructions etc. Easy to use aircon in the apartment. There were lovely touches like the coffee machine. The apartment is a close walk to one of the main Metro and train stations (Larissa) & there is a good, regular bus service too (bus stops a close walk too). There are nice restaurants, bars & shops close by too. Overall a great stay. Wouldn't hesitate booking again.

First of all, please check again with every statement that you have written with the customers, I have received a note from your official I can get the check-in information 48 hours before my move-in date, it is totally wrong. which made me wait in the area for nearly 4-6 hours without any planning, I have to wait for further instructions from the host with my 35 kg luggage!! others are going very fine, I will definitely come again if I have any chance to visit Athens in the future.

-not including cleaning fee for the total price -can’t sleep well!!! (car noise from outside even though I used ear plugs) -not so good at communication(couldn’t get the excess code before I asked) +clean and cozy bed, you can cook and use the coffee machine with 2 capsules
