Wonderful villa, with modern furnitures and a 45 square meters pool and sea view to the Saronic Gulf.
Built in 2014 it was designed as a solid volume that would be anchored into the ground
290 sm. All three levels have sea view.
Accommodation available for 8 persons in 4 wonderful designed bedrooms. 2 master rooms and 2 bedrooms
Changing room is available close to the pool and a well designed BBQ fully organized with all necessary equipment.
Next to the house is a basketball and tennis court available for everyone.
The house is only 2km from the beach for windsurf, beach volley, scuba diving and beach bars.
32.7km from Elephterios Venizelos Airport, 44.8 km from the center of Athens and 19 km from the Ancient Temple of Poseidon.
