Villa Calypso is located in the hill of Dikastika,very close to Athens and National Airport of Athens.
The villa is situated on a 1000m2 with breath-taking view in South Evoikos.The area of Dikastika is secure and the Villa is the perfect getaway for summer-vacation lovers.
The villa consists of three levels, the two of which are for rent.
The ground level hosts a big living room with fire-place and big "floor-to-ceiling" windows, offering grand view to the sea.Also,there is a bedroom with an en-suit bathroom,an open plan kitchen fully equipped ,a w.c. and a big terrace with breath-taking sea view.
The lower ground level hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms.One has en-suite bathroom and an other is open-plan bedroom.Also there is a small siting area with "floor-to-ceiling" windows offering the same view of deep blue.All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditions.
The outdoor area is well-designed with a newly swimming pool and a deck around it,which can accommodate the guests for swimming and sun-bathing.Also,there is a BBQ and the guests can prepare their meals.
Guests have access to all the areas of the Villa.
However, due to the existence of the elevator ,the Villa is accessible to strollers and recommended for people with disabilities.
And of course the use of the pool is exclusive.
Every 4 days the Villa is supplied with clean sheets and towels.
A cleaning service is available every three (3) days (costs 60 euros each time, payable in cash).
