Come and stay at our newest listing - a recently renovated two bedroom apartment located right off of Milledge Avenue. This apartment has just been updated with a brand new bathroom, new floors, new countertops, and air conditioning to offer a fresh, clean feel for your stay. Walk to all of your favorite restaurants in Five Points, located just around the corner. With Sanford Stadium located a short 15 minute walk down Lumpkin, you cannot beat this location!

This property is a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a quaint four unit complex. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a pac-n-play is available for those traveling with young children. One full bath is situated between the bedrooms and has just been renovated featuring a lovely walk in shower. A fully equipped kitchen opens up into the living room with a large, comfy couch, and huge smart TV.

One parking space is available directly behind the unit. A parking pass will be available to use for on street permit parking. If you have more than two cars, there is the option of street parking on the opposite side of Milledge Ave. where a permit is not required.
