The roads leading up to hotel make you feel like its a bit of a dodgy area - lots of homeless people and graffiti - however i never felt "unsafe". Ignore this and you will be rewarded with a lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and good choices. Bedroom clean. Very central for all the tourist trails. Our stay, for the most part, was quite satisfactory. Service was efficient and staff pleasant and courteous. The interior of the hotel was very clean. Our only issues was with the inconvenience of the location i.e. inaccessibility of transport vehicles to the hotel's entrance and the unattractiveness of the surrounding exterior area of the property, which we acknowledge is no fault of the hotel per se.
