Check-in was a breeze and room was clean and well-equipped. The area was pretty bustling being so close to the port but the room itself was quiet. We were only here for one night so we didn't get to use all the amenities of the hotel and area but overall our stay was nice.

The hotel is smaller and the lobby and elevators are tiny (they get very crowded at check-in and out time). However, 1 minute walk to the Metro (subway) station was very convenient. Staff were friendly but restaurant staff were also very slow (70% full restaurant and waited over 15 minutes for patio service).

The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient, at the front desk Nick was very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have a coffee machine and a mini fridge which is great to start the morning. The location is great the subway/metro station is right across the hotel so you can get anywhere quickly. There are a lot of restaurants near by and roof bar terrasse to go to. If you are going on cruise or finishing a cruise this hotel is a great place to stay. It as a restaurant that is great and reasonably priced. There no balcony which really is not needed.
