Cheap hotel-hostel with basic amenties. Wi-fi, Air conditioning, TV. However not all rooms come with private bathrooms so be careful with the selection. Some of the staff very pleasant. Close to most of the tourist spots. Would recommend it as a cheap stay in Athens.

This place does what it says on the tin, cheap rooms within walking distance of the city, yes it’s basic but it’s clean, the area is a little bit sketchy but we had no trouble but the location was perfect for exploring this amazing city, staff were friendly and they even sold beer in the vending machine. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse and would definitely stay again

My friends and I thought that the location looks very scary and dangerous but realize that the location was the best thing about this accommodation. The hotel staff was very rude. The hotel didn't inform us that there was contruction happening on the same wall as our beds (the beds are kn the wall). We stayed for 6 nights but only slept 1 night comfortable- the rest of the nights was very early morning hammering- drilling and talking loud - which didn't allow us to get enough sleep. We spoke with the hotel staff and she was not welling to help or assist in anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I find staying in this property convenient for short stays and to explore the major attractions of Athens. However, the property lack some basic equipments like the fridge for hostel/hotel stays which is beneficial for tourists walking around Athens on a hot day. This place doesn't allow you to effectively charge your phone and requires a card to bring power to your charging area and there's only one per room which means if everyone wants to charge everything only one person can and if you have a universal adapter it makes everything charge slowly, no locks on bathrooms so showering is a risk every time, itchy after one night, checked other reviews and found out this place is ridiculously infested with bed bugs. I had to leave early because I am sick and bedbugs could make me worse and they refused to refund me on the days I didn't stay.

The hostel itself is fine, if a bit rundown. The staff was friendly and is onsite 24/7. The main problem is the location. It’s in little Pakistan with graffiti on every building. There was a big fight out on the street the night we stayed. Incredibly noisy. Would only recommend for a one night quicj stay, but even that just pay $5 to stay somewhere a little nicer and more safe.

If you are travelling in a budget you will not do better then the Sparta Team Hotel. Location is fantastic, Psiri is just a few minutes walk away at the end of the road, and is a fantastic place for eating and drinking options. Omonia Square and the subway are five minutes walk away. You can walk everywhere from this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in a great urban location.
