The villa offers totally 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & garden shower. It features large verandas with awnings, aluminum frames with double glazing, mosquito screens, air conditioning in all rooms, solar water heater, disabled access, electric staircase chair, living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, built in 3 levels.
1st floor : 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,
Ground floor : living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine & dryer, outdoor pergola dining area, garden,
semi-basement : bright open plan studio with kitchenette, bathroom & laundry.
Saroné villa has large landscaped garden planted with lawn, ornamental plants, automatic watering, private parking for 4-5 cars.
