Welcome to our football season retreat. We are located on the east side of Athens which is approximately 7.2 miles from Sandford Stadium. Whether you are driving or taking Uber you are minutes away from numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc.

Our 3 bed room, 2 bath retreat is located in a quiet subdivision. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite double vanity, shower, garden tub and large walk in closet. There is a full size bed in bedroom 2 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 which are both adjacent to the second bathroom. This open floor plan is great for socializing with everyone while cooking, eating or relaxing on the couch. The kitchen is fully equipped, bring your groceries and cook away!

Steps away is an inviting outdoor area with a back porch, spacious back yard which includes a fire pit to relax with friends and family while enjoying the ambiance of the lighting and blue tooth speakers that are connected to the lights.
