This is by far the coolest way I could have imagined experiencing Athens. From the balcony that over looked the Acropolis to the beautiful apartment that made me feel like I was at home. I’ve never been so comfortable in a city that I’m just stepping foot in. The project themselves were extremely easy to work with and gave me all the information that I needed for an effortless check in. This is going to be my go to place for any trip I have to Athens and the recommendation I have for everyone I know.

The property was well equipped overall and quite comfortable. Communication was quite prompt. It was nice that some coffee was provided for the first morning. We wish there had been a microwave. The TV came on by itself in the middle of the night once.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in August 2025. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had clearly been recently renovated, which made for a comfortable and pleasant environment. The price was reasonable given the space and amenities offered. While the lobby area appears a bit dated and hasn’t been renovated, any initial concerns quickly disappeared once we stepped into the apartment itself. The host was very accommodating—allowing us to drop off our bags early so we could begin exploring Athens—and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with easy access to Plaka and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus route, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel beside it has a lovely rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The only downsides were the firmness of the bed, which may not suit everyone, and a persistent noise coming from outside the building—possibly from a main air conditioning unit. The noise wasn’t noticeable during the day, but we definitely recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks. Would recommend for those looking to stay near the heart of the city.

I gave this property a bad review because it advised a balcony, and stove. None of the apartments have a balcony in the whole building. Eight days and we had to buy toilet paper not even a bottle of water in the fridge. I come to Athens every 3 months worst property I've stayed at.

The apartment was clean and served its purpose. Nothing special, but not bad either. The location was great, very close to the Acropolis and Plaka village and a nice breakfast restaurant across the road. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure excellent. The building itself was a little seedy, the main entrance tucked in between 2 car rental businesses, yet it didn’t feel unsafe. All in all, very good value for the money. If traveling on a budget but not wanting to stay in a hostel, I would definitely recommend this place.

Property was perfect walking distance to plaka , main shopping area and acropolis. Very clean and very homey. We had an awesome time. We actually stayed in the hotel more than out in Athens since when we went there were constant riots . We felt very safe and secure inside

Very satisfied with the overall accommodations. The room was exactly as described and the pictures were accurately depicted. Only complaint was we wish the a./c in the bedroom would adjust lower by a couple of degrees. Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Checkin would have gone smoother if Expedia had notified me that the facility would do it's communicating with me thru Whatsapp. After a call to Expedia it was immediately solved....thanks.

Nice apartment for the money, good location for us

We rented a small apartment with a balcony for five nights. Location was great if you like to walk. 20 or 30 minutes walk to just about everything you might want to see. Is located on a busy Street so we were concerned about the noise when we checked in complete, but the insulation with the glass windows and balcony door did the job well, no problem with sleeping. We missed having a microwave to warm up food, left over from restaurants or take out. There is an oven, but that surely doesn't work for warming up drinks or other food very well. Also, we are big coffee Drinkers and the Pod machine make such a small quantity, one has to go through many pods if you are a big coffee drinker. Overall though, was a nice day for the money.

Location was great. Just 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and the museum, as well as the Acropolis Metro Station. Room was comfortable, lots of hot water, good shower. Enough of a kitchen for simple meals and snacks. Great WiFi and smart TV. Elevator!

Very close to many historic sites, shopping and dining options. Didn’t like ONE bath towel per person for 8 nights. Also didn’t like no trash bags nor instructions as to what to do with trash when full.Extremely limited amenities. Bare bones basics only. Very hard mattress and couch. Hard to beat the location though. Close to metro, bus station and trolley line.
